Vivendi makes new management appointments

Vivendi has named former Maroc Telecom chief financial officer Arnaud Castille as senior vice-president, development of its strategy and development department, based in Paris.

Florent de Cournaud, currently chief financial officer of ISP SFR’s business team, has been named as Vivendi’s vice-president, management and business plan control/holding company accounts, replacing Laurent Mairot, who will in turn replace Castille at Maroc Telecom.
