Moody’s ups Cyfrowy Polsat

Moody’s Investors Service has upped its credit rating for Polish pay TV provider Cyfrowy Polsat from Ba3 to Ba2.

Moody’s also upgraded its rating on Cyfrowy Polsat’s €350 million bond due in 2018, with a stable outlook.

Moody’s said that its upgrading of the Cyfrowy Polsat corporate family rating reflected Polsat’s strong performance over the four quarters of it’s integration with broadcaster TV Polsat and synergies arising from the merger.
