RRSat name Cohen as CEO

Content management and global distribution company RRSat has appointed Avi Cohen as CEO. He will replace David Rivel, founder and CEO of the company, who last year announced his intent to retire by the end of June 2012. 

Cohen joins from Orbit Technologies where he served as president and CEO since 2008.
