Verizon magics up Viewdini app
US telco and IPTV operator Verizon has launched a 4G video aggregating application that allows users to watch content from several streaming sites on their mobile devices.
The Viewdini app was unveiled at The Cable Show in the US. It will allow users to easily search premium and free content from Comcast Xfinity, Hulu Plus, mSpot and Netflix, with more including Verizon FiOS expected to be added soon.
The mobile video aggregation app allows users to search for a title, topic, or star’s name and will let customers know which services have mobile video for streaming, and whether it is available for free, by subscription, to rent or for purchase.
The free service will launch on 4G Android devices later this month.
