Google completes Motorola acquisition

Google has completed the acquisition of Motorola Mobility and is replacing CEO Sanjay Jha with Dennis Woodside, formerly president of Google in the Americas.

The closure of the deal follows regulatory clearance by China. US and European regulators gave their approval in February.
