Ono targets new TiVo customers with reward incentives

Spanish cable operator Ono is hoping to boost take-up of its TiVo platform by offering up to €50 to customers that recommend the service to friends and family.

The MSO is offering €40 of credit to current TiVo customers that recommend the next-generation platform to existing Ono subscribers. A further €10 credit will be offered if the customer is a new Ono subscriber.

The cable operator is hoping to boost TiVo numbers from the current base of approximately 16,000 subs.
