Turner names UK business development chief

Turner Broadcast has named Marcos Milanez as business development and distribution manager for the UK and Ireland across its Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito, CNToo, TCM and Adult Swim brands.

Reporting into Renaud Ploquin, director of business development and distribution, UK and Ireland, Marcos will be responsible for managing a range of Turner’s existing and new distribution agreements, as well as identifying and developing business opportunities across multi platforms, generating new revenue streams. He joins from World Wrestling Entertainment, where he was international media distribution sales manager, responsible for programme sales across EMEA on platforms including TV, TVOD, SVOD, pay-per-view, mobile, in-flight and digital.
