SyFy HD gets Zon carriage



Portuguese cable operator Zon Multimedia has added sci-fi channel SyFy HD to its line-up.


The NBC Universal operated channel airs series including Game of Thrones, Dr Who and Sanctuary. It will be included in Zon’s HD package from today.

“With the launch of SyFy, Zon reinforces its commitment to leadership in high definition in the Portuguese market, now with 41 channels,” said Peter Faraústo, Zon’s director of product management.
