VimpelCom names digital TV and broadband chief

Russian service provider VimpelCom, which operates under the Beeline brand, has named Timur Alyautdinov as its new director of broadband and digital TV.

Alyautdinov, who will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the company’s strategy for the development of broadband access and digital TV, previously headed VimpelCom’s marketing department for wireline internet and TV.
