Canal Plus Cyfrowy hires kids channels chief

Polish pay TV operator Canal Plus Cyfrowy has hired Marta Szwakopf as director of children’s channels.
Szwakopf will head up MiniMini Plus, TeleToon Plus and Hyper Plus.

Swakopf, who was previously head of Nickelodeon Poland and was responsible for the launch of the Nickelodeon HD channel in the CEE region, amongst other things, will replace Jolanta Adamowicz, who has left the company.
