Ziggo prices shares at €18.50

Ziggo’s shares were priced at €18.50 when the Dutch cable operator started trading on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange this morning, resulting in a market capitalisation of €3.7 billion.

The IPO consists of 43,478,260 ordinary shares, 21.7% of the operator’s total shares. The total offering size amounts to approximately €804 million.
