Vodafone Germany eyes cable partnership

Vodafone Germany is eyeing a deal with a local cable operator as it looks to expand its business.

Stephan Zimmermann, head of wholesale, Vodafone Germany, told delegates at the Euroforum conference in Cologne, that it was looking to strike a network access partnership with at least one major German cabler. It would look to roll out the partnership initially to business subscribers before then rolling it out to its consumer base.
