Discovery launches TLC in Baltic States

Discovery Group is to replace Discovery Travel & Living with female-focused lifestyle channel TLC in the Baltic States.

Latvian cable operator Baltcom said that it was making TLC available in the original language version and in Russian on its digital tier, and in Russian only on its analogue tier.
