ARCEP’s Combot moves to CSA as deputy director-general

Michel Combot, former deputy director-general of French telecom regulator ARCEP, has joined media regulator the CSA, also as deputy director-general.
Combot replaces Jean-Marc Salmon, who becomes deputy director-general at spectrum frequency agency the ANFR.
