Sony adds YouTube HD and Twitter to Bravia TV

Sony has introduced a number of new features to its Bravia connected TVs including YouTube HD, Twitter Ticker and Facebook videos and photos in full screen.

Twitter Ticker provides rolling updates of the latest tweets while viewers are watching TV programmes, and users can also share TrackID song searches on Twitter.

Sony has also extended the ability to control the TV via a smartphone or Sony Vaio keyboard to other laptops with the Windows 7 OS via Remote Keyboard Lite, a trial application available for download.
