M7 takes new capacity for French-language channels in Belgium

Luxembourg-based pay TV platform operator M7 Group M7 has taken additional capacity on SES’s Astra satellite position at 19.2° East to deliver French-speaking channels to the Belgian market.

The satellite capacity will be used to deliver Belgian public broadcaster RTBF’s La Une and La Deux channels as well as RTL Group’s RTL TVi, RTL Club and Plug RTL to its TéléSAT pay TV service for Wallonia. From January, the group will add RTBF’s La Trois to its line-up.
