KDG names new finance chief

German cable operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has named Andreas Siemen as its new chief financial officer, effective from October.

Siemen is currently director of corporate development with responsibility for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance at KDG. He previously worked for McKinsey & Co for 10 years.
